Services & prices

Priced by the house, agreed before we start.

Every service below runs the same 54-line list; what changes is how often, and how much of the 23-line deep clean comes with it. Read the list first →

Recurring visits

The standard list, every time, by the same two people.

Two people, two to three hours, working the list room by room. Prices are for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house of about 1,800 square feet and are set after the walkthrough — they do not move because a week was messier than usual.

Every week
from $135 a visit
Every two weeks
from $155 a visit
Every four weeks
from $185 a visit
Each bedroom or bathroom beyond three and two
+$18 a visit

The first deep clean

Where a recurring plan usually starts.

Most houses need one before the recurring visits begin — not as an upsell, but because a two-hour visit can't also catch up on a year of ceiling fans, grout, and the tops of door frames. If yours doesn't need one, we'll say so at the walkthrough. That does happen.

Three bed, two bath
from $290
Four bed, three bath
from $360
Booked on its own, no plan
from $340
Time on site
4 to 6 hours

One-off cleans

Before people arrive, or after they leave.

Same list, no commitment, no plan to cancel afterwards. Booked at least a week out where we can — Saturdays and the week before a holiday fill first, and we'd rather quote you honestly than squeeze you into a Friday evening.

Three bed, two bath

With the deep-clean list added
from $290

Move-in & move-out

An empty house, and the inside of everything.

Cabinets, drawers, closets, oven, fridge, and the marks furniture leaves behind — the parts nobody cleans while they still live there. You get the finished list back marked up, which is usually what settles a deposit argument before it starts.

Three bed, two bath, empty
from $340
Garage and lanai included
+$60
Carpet or tile specialists arranged
at their cost, no markup

Add-ons

The deep-clean lines, one at a time.

Everything marked on the list can be bought on its own for a single visit. Ask the night before and we'll confirm the price by text before the crew arrives — nothing gets added to an invoice after the fact.

Everything else on the list is already in your price. There is no version of a Saltbox visit where the toilet is extra.

Inside the oven, racks soaked
$35
Inside the fridge, shelves out
$30
Inside the kitchen cabinets
$45
Interior windows
$6 a pane
Blinds, dusted slat by slat
$4 a window
A load of laundry, washed and folded
$25
Sheets changed on every bed
$15
Garage or lanai swept out
$40

The boring, important part

How the arrangement actually works.

Changing or skipping a visit
Free up to 5pm the day before, by text or through the booking link, and you don't owe anyone an explanation. Same-day we will try to fill the slot; if the crew's already outside, it's half the visit.
If we cannot get in
We call, then wait fifteen minutes. After that it's half the visit — the morning is already spent. It's happened to everyone once; we don't make a thing of it.
Paying
Card on file, charged the evening after the visit, receipt by email. No deposit, no contract, no cancellation fee. If you want to stop, tell us and we stop.
Products
Unscented by default, because a house that smells of nothing is the point. Nothing bleach-based on colored grout or stone without asking you first. If you'd rather we used your products — a particular stone cleaner, a wood soap, a brand you already trust — leave them out and we will.
Pets
They can stay out. Tell us their names, and tell us if one of them bolts for an open door — that's the single most useful thing you can put in the notes.
Storms and holidays
We close for named storms and reschedule the same week where it's safe to. Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks book out early; we'll ask you in October.

Not sure which one your house needs?

Tell us how many rooms and how long it has been. We'll tell you whether you need the deep clean or whether you're fine starting on the standard list.
